Found this great radio app today. It's called FLYCAST. It connects easily via 3G or Wifi. It even works better than a radio app that I bought. Best of all Flycast is FREE! This app is highly recommended. Go see for yourself. Plus it's sooo cool you get to see the Album art while the tunes are playing. Gives you the feeling that you're just using your own mp3 files. Also gives you the option to play it in the background. Love it, love it, love it!
